The last vestige of a goddess she’ll never be: a cobalt-skinned vampire addicted to tanning beds, her form washed in the sterile ultraviolet glow of a bargain salon. Her hair? Sun-bleached blasphemy. Her complexion? The deep-sea green of a drowned aristocracy. That languid posture? Pure, undiluted longing.
This is gothic romance punctured by modern absurdity—a creature of the night who traded her coffin for a membership package, her eternal damnation now just a persistent, low-level anxiety about SPF. The piece weaponizes melancholy: her eyes are a protest, her hair, pure tragedy, a silent scream against the faith of the undead. Even her skin absorbs the light at that perfect, pathetic wavelength—cool enough to be undead, warm enough to remember what it’s missing.
