The water is suspiciously still - no bubbler, no filter, just the occasional ripple when a shopper walks too fast past clearance aisle five.

A small sign mounted on the tank reads "HYDROLOGICALLY SEALED" in cheerful font, while water slowly evaporates down to a visible scum line
