Service Description

Commission Process & Policies 1. Inquiry & Quote After you submit your inquiry and reference photos, you will receive a personalized quote via email. This quote is valid for 14 days. You can contact us at info@ingridmuniz.com or through our social media platforms. 2. Revisions & Changes You will receive email updates at key stages of the project. At these points, you can request minor adjustments. Any change that significantly alters the original concept (as determined by the artist) may incur an additional charge. If this occurs, you will receive a "Pricing Amendment" form to review and sign before work continues. 3. Deposit & Scheduling To begin your commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place in the queue. Commissions are completed in the order that deposits are received. The deposit is only refundable if you cancel before work on your piece has started. 4. Final Payment & Shipping The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the artwork, before it is shipped or delivered. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be provided before final payment. Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but a specific completion date will be confirmed before you commit. This timeframe does not include shipping. 5. Social Media & Marketing Ingrid Muniz reserves the right to photograph or film the artwork during creation for use on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), websites, and for marketing or teaching purposes. Your name and personal information will always be kept confidential. 6. Copyright The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. You may not reproduce, alter, or create derivative works from the artwork without the artist's written permission. 7. Right of Refusal & Returns If you decide not to purchase the completed artwork, you may refuse delivery. In this case, the deposit is forfeited, and the artist retains the artwork. The artist may then sell, display, or otherwise dispose of the piece. As all work is custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted after completion.
